Courtney Weber, M.D., Courtney Weber, M.D. was born in Northern California and received her medical degree from The University of California in San Diego. She completed her general surgery residency at The University of Central Florida followed by a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at The University of California in San Diego.

In 2024, she moved to Austin and joined Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons.

Dr. Weber’s areas of expertise include the surgical management of advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support including ECMO and ventricular assist devices, aortic aneurysms, on and off-pump CABG, total arterial revascularization, arrhythmia surgery including the surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation, and aortic and mitral valve repair.

She is a member of Women in Thoracic Surgery, Thoracic Surgery Residents Association, American College of Surgeons and Society of Thoracic Surgeons. Dr. Weber has authored publications and lectured on the subject of cardiothoracic surgery.

Outside of the office, Dr. Weber enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog and is an avid runner.
