Scheduling a Patient
Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment for your patient, please call our central office at (512) 459-8753 or 1-800-766-2365. Appointments for CTVS clinics in Hays and Williamson County are made through our central office. When referring a patient, any pertinent medical information including history and physical exams is appreciated. This information can be faxed any time to our office at (512) 459-0586, or you may send it with the patient.  We will coordinate any other specialist referrals with you if preferred, and during our post-op visits instruct the patients to return to your office for follow-up care.  Our physicians are available to you at any time. In the case of an emergency, both a cardiothoracic and a vascular surgeon are on call 24 hours a day. Unless a specific request is made for one of our surgeons, the case will be handled promptly by the first available surgeon in the group.

The CTVS Referral Form can be used to schedule an office consult with one of our cardiothoracic or vascular surgeons along with a vascular lab appointment. The form includes a map to our office for patient convenience.
