The Venous Therapies Section of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons (CTVS) encompasses both the longstanding practice of VeinSolutions and a group of five vascular surgeons within the Vascular Surgery Division of CTVS.
Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive and effective treatment for both superficial (varicose veins and spider veins) and deep venous disease. The spectrum of disorders treated includes varicose and spider veins, acute and chronic deep venous thrombosis and obstruction, thoracic outlet syndrome and pelvic congestion syndrome in women. Our spectrum of therapies also includes the placement and removal of inferior vena cava filtration.
Diagnostic capabilities within our practice include venous ultrasound, CT venogram and intravascular ultrasound. Diagnosis and treatment are performed within our office and at all major hospitals within Travis, Williamson and Hays Counties.
